Delete your account
EasyInbox account and data deletion
You do not need the Android app to delete your account. The same deletion controls are available from the EasyInbox website.
Delete from the app or website
- Open EasyInbox and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open My Profile by tapping your profile picture.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE, then enter your account email to confirm.
What is deleted
Your authentication account, profile, mobile number, messages, uploaded photos/videos/files/voice messages, call history, presence information and push-notification subscriptions are deleted. If you created a shared conversation, ownership is transferred to another member so their unrelated data is not removed. Data required for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained only for the required period.
Need help?
If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request from the email address associated with the account to privacy@abdussadir.dev.bd. Include only your account email and mobile number; never send your password or verification code.
বাংলায় সংক্ষেপে
EasyInbox website বা app-এ sign in করুন → profile photo চাপুন → Delete account চাপুন → DELETE লিখে account email দিয়ে নিশ্চিত করুন। Login করতে না পারলে account-এর email থেকে privacy@abdussadir.dev.bd ঠিকানায় request পাঠান।
